A graduate from The University of Santo Tomas (UST) with a degree of Bachelor in Arts Major in Journalism, dreams of three things: to gain weight, to become a Bioman, and to publish a book. Once a member of the Thomasian Writers Guild, Lo, as most of his peers call him, makes poetry as terra firma for most of his writing stints. He boasts achievements such as covering the shooting events of the 23rd Southeast Asian Games for The Philippine Star, contributing for The Big C (a cancer magazine) and iDiwa Online (http://www.idiwa.ph), publishing his poems in Philippine Graphic, and snaring the first place in an essay writing contest sponsored by the scholars association of UST. Recognizing music as a big influence in his daily ventures, he highly regards John Lennon and Kurt Cobain, and believes that Foo Fighters’s Everlong is kickass both as a song and as a music video. As well, he feels his heart implode and explode at the same time upon Chris Carrabba’s singing—and poetry—on his player. He firmly insists that we are all lovers who go for lust.
